At View Grab, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Include all original accessories, labels, and documentation

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so our support team can review your request promptly.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or opened cosmetic products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Requests made after the return period
  • Products returned without original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
